Joining Pizza Ranch and Culver’s on Venture Drive, the new Hardee’s will be 2,800 square feet. Prosper Companies began preparing the area in early August, which will include a 65-space parking lot. Plans for the return of the large chain to Ottumwa have been approved since mid-April, with strong support from the local community.

07/31/15 – BACK TO SCHOOL WITH PROSPER COMPANIES AT FAIRFIELD HIGH SCHOOL Check out the NEW gallery of Prosper Companies at Fairfield High School! Just in time to streamline the heavy foot traffic of an impending back to school season, Prosper completed a major facelift of the FHS entryway this week. The update to the original 1938 construction included not only new materials, but also a design upgrade to better manage congestion.
